SECTION 26 CPC

Section 26 petition under CPC is accompanied with so many documents and it makes you confuse, while filing the same in Munsiff Courts. 

This is the list of things needed while filing Plaint under Section 26 of CPC

1. PLAINT UNDER SECTION 26 R/W ORDER VII RULE I OF THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, 1908. This is the main document to be produced before the Hon'ble Court. Please recheck your prayer, valuation, plaint schedule, Description of property, boundaries, verification and list of documents.

2. Petition to accept the photocopy

3. Affidavit

4. Petition to accept power of attorney, if any

5. Injunction-Affidavit with petition

6. Attachment-affidavit with petition

7. Today moving

8. take copies of all these things and never forget the stamp :)
